Blubbering with love for Dean Street Sexual Health Centre – Come celebrate @ the BANG BUS

Yesterday we – the BANG BUS – World AIDS Day Special crew – presented this to the nurses at Dean Street Sexual Health Centre in the heart of Soho London. Personally I was a blubbering wreck as for so many years of living with in HIV+, in my loneliest moments, nurses have been the ones who have held my hands, wiped my brow and jabbed my arm to check my blood levels. Now we have to be there for them. Here’s why.

The last bus stop of the ‘BANG BUS – World AIDS Day Special’ will be at 5.15pm outside 56 Dean Street, Soho, London W1D 6AQ on Saturday 25th November as we celebrate their huge contribution to the welfare of London’s marginalised, queer, sex-positive and vulnerable people. As we journey through the London on the bus on the afternoon, navigating through London’s iconic moments which have contributed to the rollercoaster of dealing with the HIV+ pandemic, it will be an honour to pay tribute to the nurses at Dean Street who carry us forward. Join us.

Book your tickets for the BANG BUS here and / or show up at 5.15pm to celebrate Dean Street!

Supported by the fabulous Let’s Talk About Gay Sex and Drugs and Impulse London and many more.
