FOLLOWING THE SUCCESS OF ‘GLF AT 50; THE ART OF PROTEST’
, ANDREW LUMSDEN AND DAN DE LA MOTTE COLLABORATE ONCE AGAIN TO BRING US ‘FRIENDSHIP CIRCLES’

FRIENDSHIP CIRCLES is a new series of works made by original GLF activist, artist, journalist, writer and speaker Andrew Lumsden. It celebrates friends and friendships in all areas and aspects of his life and work.

The exhibition will also feature a wrap-around festival of events, run by the artists and activists that feature in Andrew’s works, such as JIM MACSWEENEY of GAYS THE WORD Bookshop and PETER TATCHELL

Also featuring the works SOCIAL! (DISTANCING) by LILY CHEETAH

The exhibition is curated by Dan de la Motte. Previous work as a curator includes BLOOLIPS AND RADICAL DRAG (2019) and GLF AT 50; THE ART OF PROTEST (2020 and 2021)

PLATFORM SOUTHWARK is a ‘Meanwhile’ Arts Space by The Cut. One of the few pre-war buildings in the area, it is earmarked for demolition soon.
